Mr. Hartman is the developer of the processes used to manufacture OceanSolution. Mr. Hartman’s 30 years of engineering application experience have extended from complex weapons systems to factory automation projects in the aerospace industry. These have included a number of robotic processes including synthetic vision systems.
His clients have included Boeing, IBM, Lockheed Missiles and Space, Martin-Marietta, Bell Helicopter, Sikorsky Aircraft, Pratt & Whitney, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Plant, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Dexter Nonwovens (now Ahlstrom), and Fokker Aircraft. Mr. Hartman was involved in the design and specification of the automation systems on the world’s fastest ferryboats that can carry 375 passengers and achieve speeds of 85 mph. This included securing contingent commitments for $62,000,000 of financing from Penske Capital Partners, SIEMENS Financial, and the Maritime Administration (MARAD).

Tom Coletti brings over 20 years of experience building, growing and running profitable commodities trading platforms. His most recent work experience includes Global Head of Energy for Noble Group Ltd., a market-leading global supply chain manager of agricultural and energy products, metals and minerals with annual revenues approaching $100 Billion. Tom was instrumental in building out the power and natural gas trading platform, spearheading initiatives to launch start-ups and joint ventures, and responsible for global leadership and management of business lines, capital and staff. Tom was a member of the executive management committee the past 3 years. Before joining Noble, Tom worked at Eempra Energy Trading and AIG Trading. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University, in NY.
Advisor, OceanGrown, Inc.
CEO CP Ships, Retired; Member of various Boards of Directors, Corporate Planning. Frank was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CP Ships in 2004, having been Chief Operating Officer since 2001 and Executive Vice President since 1995. He has filled a number of senior roles in the CP Ships group since joining Canada Maritime as Commercial Director in 1991. He entered the container shipping industry in 1971. CP Ships was sold to Hapag-Lloyd in 2005 for $2,300 MM. In 2012-13 Mr. Halliwell as interim CEO for Trailer Bridge Inc, re-structured $120MM of debt, searched and hired a new CEO, and successfully instituted profit sharing.
Thomas W Lonergan
Director of Business Development
Mr. Lonergan is responsible for the design and execution of marketing and sales strategies globally. He interned with OceanGrown, Inc. while attending the University of Florida. After graduating UF he was recruited by an international consulting firm specializing in the transformational exectuion to optimize financial and operational performance. His high caliber training in diverse industries and interest in sustainable living led him to focus on the Agriculture Industry. He joined OceanGrown, Inc. because he believes in the company's commitment to re-mineralize foods and preserve the environment. With the passion of an entrepreneur he is introducing OceanSolution as an all-natural supercharged plant mineralizer to growers as an alternative to synthetic growing practices. Tom strives to instill passion in those around him and prides himself on treating people fairly. Tom also enjoys cross training, triathlons and golf.
Shean P. McManus
Mr. McManus carries over 20 years experience working within professional corporate arenas such as MetLife and Staff Leasing Corp. He is a detail-oriented, organized professional who brings expertise in creating and implementing technical systems to manage process flows. His project planning is exceptional, and his follow-through, vigorous. Shean facilitates communication across corporate lines and serves as a capable corporate representative. He comes to us from one of the State of Florida’s largest landscape management companies – Nanak’s Landscaping, a recent Valley Crest acquisition. As the Horticulture Division Manager of the tri-county branch, and being a State of Florida Certified Operator, Shean brings nearly a decade of field experience in maintaining both commercial and premier residential landscapes.

Mr. Aruffo graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in the spring of 2011 with a dual BA in “Biological Basis of Behavior” and “Philosophy and Science”. His background also includes baseball pitching, psychology, acting, fraternity management, and theology. He combines his varied skill-set with youthful exuberance to facilitate both effective day-to-day operational flow and management of grander-scale projects.

Mr. Bendror has been the founder and CEO of several companies in the US, Israel and Europe, ranging from marketing, sales, and distribution to international consulting and training, personal development seminars, workshops and lectures as well as film production. Mr. Bendror has over 30 years of international consulting and training experience. Amongst his business clients were CEOs, high level executives, and business leaders. His clients have also included Fortune 500 companies like Walmart and American Express.
Director, Turf and Ornamental Fertigation
Mr. Miller spearheads our fertigation division. Specializing in delivering inexpensive commercial and retail fertigation systems, he can provide a cost effective means of injecting our products directly into sprinkler, drip, and household hose systems. He has a background that spans the whole spectrum of his position. He has a Bachelors in Biology from Newberry College where he worked as a lab assistant in the botanical and microbiology labs. He spent many years as a yield specialist at Oscar Meyer Corp. He has been a Principle in City Lighting Services Inc and CLS Inc Property Management. Finally, Mr. Miller has spent a number of years working as a regional manager for a top 50 US qualified re-modeler managing processes spanning from sales to project completions.
